Board Member

Mr. Hong became a Director of the Company in December 1997. With forty years of industrial background, Mr. Hong led a forty-two-member management team of Hotung Venture Capital Corp. where he served as President since 1987. Hotung is the leading venture capital group in Taiwan and currently manages total funds of US$7 billion. Thirty-three additional venture capital funds were also established under his leadership, Daitung VC; Yuantung VC; Litung VC; Futung VC and Wantung VC to name a few. Mr. Hong retired from Hotung in 2001 and serves as Chairman of Giga Venture Partners and Co. He is also Advisor to Taiwan based Acer SoftCapital Incorporated.
